Welcome to Social Gen Events and Social Gen Academy (‘we’, ‘our’, or ‘us’). By purchasing, enrolling in, or attending our classes—whether in-person or online—you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms apply to:
– In-Person Classes: including masterclasses and workshops.
– Online Education: including video courses, digital downloads, templates, and coaching accessed via https://socialgenacademy.mykajabi.com.

2. Intellectual Property

All content—videos, PDFs, digital templates, teaching methods, course materials, and event design systems—is the intellectual property of Social Gen.

You agree not to:
– Reproduce, share, resell, or redistribute our content.
– Record (audio or video), screen capture, or screen share any part of our classes or digital content.
– Share login access, course files, or videos with non-paying individuals.
– Use our course or class content to create your own competing education or training program.

We actively monitor for piracy and unauthorized distribution. Any attempt to screen record or redistribute content may lead to:
– Immediate termination of access without refund
– Legal action for copyright infringement
– Permanent ban from all Social Gen platforms and events

3. Refunds & Cancellations

– In-Person Classes: Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another date or person with 72 hours’ notice.
– Online Courses: Unless otherwise stated, digital products and online courses are non-refundable. We offer a 7-day trial period on select courses.

If your course or event includes a guarantee or refund policy, it will be clearly stated on the product page.

4. Liability Waiver

You participate in our classes at your own risk. We are not responsible for:
– Personal injury, property damage, or loss during an in-person event.
– Outcomes from implementing strategies taught in our online education.

We do not guarantee specific business results. Results vary depending on effort, implementation, and market factors.

5. Community & Conduct

When participating in any Social Gen course, class, or community space (online or in-person), you agree to:
– Treat others with respect.
– Not spam, harass, or solicit our community members.

We reserve the right to remove anyone from our events, classes, or platforms without refund if they violate this code of conduct.

6. Media Release

By attending our in-person events or participating in live calls, you agree that we may use photos, video, and audio recordings of you for promotional purposes.

If you do not wish to be featured, please inform us in writing prior to the event.

7. Payment Terms

All prices are listed in GBP and/or USD. Payment plans may incur additional fees. Missed payments may result in access suspension.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
